This product is warranted against all defects in materials or workmanship for a Limited Lifetime from the date of the original purchase. This Warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. However, the customer must return the defective product prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use, or impairment caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood, or product impairment resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Extreme outdoor conditions, such as excessive moisture, temperature, or other damage from outdoor elements.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized, or improperly installed products.
Please email our customer service for an RMA # (return authorization number). We will not accept returns for warranty-related issues without this authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, notify us within 30 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned new, unused, and resalable, in their original box/packaging.
This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item, we will issue a credit less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order exceeding 2,500 dollars is non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered.
