- STANDARD HEADER (No Charge)
- All text is UPPERCASE Black Helvetica lettering on a 5" white header (3" max text height).
- Check your grammar & spelling! We will print exactly what we receive.
- We will try to keep your message on one line unless otherwise specified. If we can't fit your message on one line we will center your copy on two lines.
- Please type your header message in the Text Box when ordering.
- LEAVE HEADER BLANK (No Charge)
- Your display will ship with a blank header for you to add your message.
- Make sure to type LEAVE BLANK in the Text Box when ordering.
- CUSTOM HEADER / LOGO (Upcharge)
- This option is for customers who wish to send us a header with a specific FONT, COLOR, or LOGO.
- Once your order is submitted, we will contact you with instructions on how to submit your HI-RES EPS file.

We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast/transformer inside the display case. When installing, you should use a licensed electrician/installer to bring power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire (we do not provide an exit hole, as we feel it is best for the installer to decide the best exit point for the power supply).
We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below:
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option, we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting its contents.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option, we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, increasing the intensity of light on the contents displayed inside.

Located above the Single Door Poster Display Case, the 5" high header can present your logo, company name, church, school name, product, or any other text message that fits within the header dimensions. Interior LED Lighting positioned to brighten and SPOTLIGHT 36" x 48" posters. LED lights are long-lasting, energy-efficient, and replaceable.
LED LIGHTS BRIGHTER & LONGER LASTING
Go GREEN with our energy-efficient LED Lights. Interior LED Strip Lights are installed inside to highlight: 36" x 48" posters, restaurant menus, and other printed announcements. LED lights are UL-rated, long-lasting, and energy-saving. Choose between Top Lit or the entire interior perimeter for LED lighting placement.
Your Personalized Message Header Printed Free
We'll print your header text up to 3 inches in height, in all uppercase black Helvetica font, to fit within the header panel dimensions at no cost. Keep your text brief for better visual impact and quick readability from a distance.
Custom Header with Options
Feel free to customize the header with a color, B/W logo, graphic, image, or different text font for an additional fee. Alternatively, you can leave the header blank and add it later. The interior corkboard bulletin board backing can be used to pin, change, and quickly update your poster up to 36" x 48".

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.
Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns for warranty related issues will be accepted without such authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 30% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 dollars is non-returnable.

International Orders - We do not accept returns when shipping to locations outside of the USA. All sales are final, so please triple check all details of your order before proceeding.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Tailgate Service) ($0.00)
Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
