Extreme WeatherPlus™ Add-ons enhance our standard outdoor display cases sold across North America. While we still offer our wide range of styles and sizes without these upgrades, some extreme locations require them to handle local weather conditions better. Below are the upgrades we include;
- Drip-Edge Roof
The thin aluminum roof has a slight bend at the end to help prevent water from entering through any possible exposure at the door or hinges when closed. The roof comes with high-bond adhesive tape for mounting on top of the metal cabinet. When installing the WeatherPlus™ case, you can decide whether to add the protective roof or leave it off. You can always install it later or remove it altogether after the initial installation. - Rubber Gaskets
One of the design enhancements is the installation of rubber gaskets along the inside perimeter of the door cavity. Though not waterproof or 100% water-tight, it greatly mitigates water from entering the case. - Side Vents
Fin Style Vents are installed on both sides of the case. This allows the upper portion of the case to release any condensation buildup and allows airflow to properly assist in providing a clear view of the contents inside. - Additional Weep Holes
In addition to the side Fin Vents, we provide 4 weep holes at the bottom of the case, allowing condensation or accumulated water to drain easily. The bottom holes are positioned slightly in front of the backer board and then behind it, for maximum breathability. - Forbo™ Bulletin Board Backer
Offered in 15+ Colors, this bulletin board is self-healing, will not crumble, and is built to withstand most weather conditions. Forbo™ is made from natural, renewable raw materials. A combination of oxidized linseed oil, rosin, and finely ground cork gives this bulletin board its flexibility and resilience. This combination results in a product with exceptional durability and a sustainable footprint. Its strength and resilience make it an ideal material for pin boards, notice boards, and all other surfaces where ideas and information are exchanged.

We offer up to 3" all uppercase black Helvetica Font for your message header panel. You also have the option to leave it blank and have it printed yourself or from your local sign or print shop. Extreme WeatherPlus™ for Harsher Outside Conditions
Thousands of our outdoor information boards are on the exterior walls throughout the USA. And in areas with harsher weather, these Standing Extreme WeathePlus™ Poster Display Cases provide a more weather-resistant and protected display case with added features to meet the challenges of today's outdoor environments.
- Drip-Edge Aluminum Roof is supplied with adhesive tape for direct installation onto the top of the cabinet. Once the Poster cabinet is mounted, you can add the Roof during installation. The slight overhang is effective at pushing dripping water away from susceptible areas where it might otherwise enter the display case.
- FORBO Board backer is a self-healing combination of oxidized linseed oil, rosin, and finely ground cork. It's a much-improved option over traditional, natural cork backing. It gives Forbo flexibility and resilience that withstand crumbling, reduce water absorption, and minimize color fading from direct sunlight. Choose from 15+ Forbo Cork Colors
- Added Side Vents to help reduce condensation buildup towards the top of the display case cabinet.
- Weep Holes: We added additional holes to the bottom of the aluminum cabinet to reduce and release humidity, condensation, and water buildup from trapped air.
- Rubber Gaskets placed in the interior door cavity create a seal and help prevent most water from entering due to wind-driven rain.
- Secure Mounting Brackets are also provided as an alternative to drilling directly through the back of the Forbo board.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products found defective in material or workmanship during this period will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
The manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use, or impairment caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, or product impairment resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear, such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized, or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, we must be notified within 30 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in their original box/packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item, a credit will be issued, less a 30% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order exceeding 2,500 dollars is non-returnable.

This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.
For residential locations. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home.
Lift-Gate Freight Delivery (Commercial Lift-Gate Service)($125.00)
For commercial locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home or business.
Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into Lead Time to Ship and Shipping Time.
Lead Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from us or our vendors.The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.
Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your building, office or home. The shipping time will vary depending on the service you choose. Typically standard freight ground service will take up to 7-10 business days, but your order may arrive sooner depending where the order is being shipped from and where it's shipping to.
