Patented Sign Frame Design
The 20x20 Sign Holder Frame has a uniquely engineered "Lift Top" design. The patented Insta-Change sign holder features a concealed double-hinged inner mechanism that provides quick and easy access to the 1/4" wide sign panel channel. There are no exposed open slots. The Lift-Top frame resists tampering.
The Insta-Change Frame system requires authorized personnel familiar with the floor stand sign holder to lift the frame's top bar and swivel it at an angle. This exposes the 20x20 frame slot, allowing access to the sign panel.
Order For Single-Sided or Double-Sided Viewing
It's your choice to display a 20 x 20 size sign on one frame side or add a second sign on the other side. Deluxe Hospitality Sign Holder creates an elegant presentation either way.
You have the option to order one Black Sintra panel and one Clear Plexiglass Acrylic for one-sided viewing. Alternatively, you can choose to order two Clear Plexiglass Acrylics. You just sandwich your signs between the two acrylic panels and insert them into the frame slot. You can also insert a single sign printed on both sides.
Heavy-Duty for Indoor Applications
The 20x20 Hospitality Sign Holder Floor Stand features a single post made of all-aluminum construction suitable for indoor environments. The post is attached to a 14" diameter steel base with an aluminum cover rolled under the bottom, creating a rim around the outer edge to help protect floors.
Unlike other sign holders, Deluxe Hospitality Floor Stands feature solid steel inner weights that won't crack, making this heavy-duty 20x20 sign holder ideal for use in all kinds of public and private locations.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Extreme outdoor conditions such as excessive moisture, temperature or other damage due to out-of-door elements.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered.
