The backing board is used to place your typical thin-sheet poster, photo, or artwork onto, keeping your graphic flat. The various options, with benefits, are below. If you choose NO BACKER BOARD, and plan on using the frame without installing your own backer, we strongly recommend that your thin printed sheet be mounted on any rigid board. Placing a thin poster into a frame without a backer board is not ideal, and it will not stay flat.
Economy Corrugated Cardboard Backer
- This brown cardboard backer is an ideal budget-conscious option.
Foam Board (Foamcore) Backer
- Foam Board has a higher level of protection than corrugated cardboard
- Its white finish preserves the integrity of translucent photos well
- It is a perfect substrate for dry mounting objects to the backing
Acid-Free Foam Board (Archival)
- When preservation is the primary concern, this is the best option for protection.
- Ideal choice for all frame sizes that display items of personal or monetary value

We use acrylic for our frame windows. It's half the weight of glass while providing the same clarity. If you choose NO ACRYLIC and plan to use the frame without inserting your own acrylic or glass window, we strongly recommend that your graphic be mounted on a board to keep it rigid. Placing a thin poster into a frame without an acrylic is not ideal.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of receipt of your purchase. Access Display Group, Inc. liability arising out of defective products is limited to replacing, without charge to the customer (F.O.B destination), proved defective.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be replaced. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Contact our customer service department for instructions on how to return the product.
This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse. This warranty only applies to the original product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Access Display Group, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience or delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are missing any parts or products in your shipment, we must be notified within 30 DAYS of receipt of the order. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging.
This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 25% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 is non-returnable.
Once an order is placed into production a 25% restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of labor and/or materials that have been cut down for your order.
Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns will be accepted without such authorization.
International Orders - We do not accept returns when shipping to locations outside of the USA. All sales are final, so please triple check all details of your order before proceeding.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Factors that affect transit time are your specific delivery location, customs inspection, and approval of your shipment as it arrives at the border. You can estimate the number of days to receive your order (once it ships) by adding 7 days to the range posted on our website for the item.
Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.
For residential locations. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home.
Lift-Gate Freight Delivery (Commercial Lift-Gate Service)($125.00)

Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
